Step 4/5: Review Lesson Fees and Policy
Completing the registration process will serve as acknowledgement that all parties agree to the terms of the lesson fees and policy.
Overview
Lessons are offered in the student’s home or virtually through Google Hangouts in 30, 45, 60 increments based on a student’s skill level which is determined by a skills assessment during the initial lesson. Extended lessons of 90 minutes are only ideal for students preparing for an upcoming performance/audition.
Lesson fees are due before the start of the lesson. Lesson fees will be determined during the first meeting in which a parent/guardian must be present. Dependent upon the student’s progress within the initial weeks, the length of the lesson may be reduced or increased.
All students are required to participate in annual recitals as this is a significant aspect of the learning experience. Additional performance opportunities will be scheduled throughout the year dependent upon the student’s progress.
